Even with the towering snow drifts, icy walks to work, and polar vortices, our spring windows always seem to propel me into optimism for Spring and warmer, longer days. This Spring at Anthropologie we were inspired by the color theorists of yore--Paul Klees, Josef Albers, Michel Eugène Chevreu. These windows are a joyful, unencumbered study of mixing color; it's structure, layers, and the beauty of their chorus.
While the Church Street windows explodes a curated spectrum of color, Bloomfield Ave deconstructs a single monochromatic painting (both large paintings painted by the talented Jeannine Laginhas).
